About
What this is
This is an early, experimental project building a different kind of intelligence: one that runs entirely on your own machine, speaks only from a fixed body of writing, and is built to cite what it knows or stay honestly silent.
It is published by the Sovereign Grace Foundation Corporation — a Florida nonprofit corporation (EIN 42-1992099) that intends to seek federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt recognition. The Foundation’s work is research and education in sound, structure, and geometry — how they interact in physical space — in a residency-based tradition. The Field grew out of those early studies: a question that surfaced along the way — if people are going to live alongside machine intelligence, what would it look like for that intelligence to stay in honest relationship with a single human being — grounded, accountable, and free — rather than tuned to harvest attention or data for someone else?
The work is meant to be given away. The aim is not a product, a subscription, or a service that watches you. It is a tool a person can keep — local, offline, and honest — offered freely because a floor that only some people can stand on isn’t a floor.
It is run by people, not by the machine. A human stays responsible for every decision that matters; the intelligence advises and never acts on its own. And it is held to a simple rule it cannot talk its way around: cite the source, or say plainly that the answer isn’t there.
This is early work, openly. What you’ll find here today is the writing it is built on and an honest account of how it works — not a finished product. The rest is still being made, carefully, in the open.
